Job summary

Build & Hire is hiring an AI / ML Lead to drive the design, development, and deployment of enterprise AI solutions from Pune. You will shape AI strategy, identify automation opportunities, and mentor a team of AI engineers and data scientists to deliver scalable, secure applications.

You will build copilots, NLP models, and LLM solutions using RAG, LangChain, and modern ML frameworks, collaborating with cross-functional teams across business, engineering, data, and cloud functions.

Qualifications

• 8–15 years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Digital Transformation.
• Strong proficiency in Python for AI and backend development.
• Hands-on experience with ML, DL, NLP, and LLMs.
• Experience building Generative AI apps using LangChain, Vector DBs, RAG pipelines, and Prompt Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
• Experience developing REST APIs and backend services using FastAPI or Flask.
• Good understanding of Microservices architecture and API-driven app development.
• Experience working with enterprise databases, SQL, and large-scale datasets.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and MLOps.
