Job summary

Supportsoft Technologies in Jaipur is seeking a hands-on AI/ML Engineer to build and deploy AI-powered features across web and mobile apps. You will work on real-world use cases like chatbots, document understanding, and workflow automation.

You will design and implement LLM-driven solutions, build RAG pipelines with vector databases, and integrate services from OpenAI, Claude and open-source models. You will expose APIs with FastAPI or Flask and collaborate closely with frontend and backend

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building AI features with LLMs.
• Experience with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Knowledge of embeddings and vector DBs.
• Experience designing REST APIs and microservices.

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on AI/ML Engineer to build and deploy AI-powered features across web and mobile applications. You will work on real-world use cases like chatbots, document intelligence, recommendation systems, and workflow automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI-powered solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Build RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines using vector databases
• Integrate AI services (OpenAI, Claude, open-source models)
• Develop APIs using Python (FastAPI/Flask) for AI services
• Work closely with frontend and backend teams to integrate AI into production apps
• Optimize prompts, latency, and cost of AI usage
• Fine-tune or customize models when required (optional but preferred)

Required Skills

• Strong Python programming skills
• Experience with LLM frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex)
• Knowledge of embeddings and vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Supabase)
• Experience with REST APIs and microservices architecture
• Understanding of NLP concepts

Good to Have

• Experience with Docker & cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Exposure to open-source models (Llama, Mistral)
• Basic understanding of frontend/backend integration
