Position: AI/ML Engineer

Experience: 2+ years

Role Overview

We are looking for a AI/ML Engineer with experience in Python, Machine Learning, Generative AI, LLM applications, and Conversational AI. The candidate will be part of a team responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI-driven solutions

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI/ML solutions using Python.
• Build and integrate Generative AI and LLM-based applications using models such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or similar.
• Develop RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and NLP-based solutions.
• Build and integrate chatbots and voicebots using platforms such as Kore.ai, Dialogflow, or similar technologies.
• Develop REST APIs and backend services using FastAPI/Flask.
• Work with NLP techniques including embeddings, semantic search, text classification, and similarity-based retrieval.
• Develop and integrate AI solutions with databases, third-party APIs, and enterprise applications.
• Perform data preprocessing, EDA, model development, evaluation, and optimization.
• Deploy and maintain AI/ML applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or other cloud platforms.
• Implement CI/CD and MLOps practices for reliable model and application deployment.
• Contribute to technical design, documentation, testing, and troubleshooting.

Required Skills
