Job summary

Hexaware Technologies in Bangalore is seeking an experienced AI/ML Developer to join our fast-growing team. You will work on Generative AI initiatives, LLMs, and Transformer architectures, delivering production-grade models with scalable pipelines.

The role requires 6-9 years of hands-on experience, strong Python-based tooling, and deep familiarity with PyTorch, FastAPI, and LangChain. Immediate joiners are preferred for this technically demanding opportunity.

Qualifications

• Experience with generative AI and large language models (LLMs).
• Strong understanding of transformer architectures and prompt engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Python-based ML tooling and model deployment.
• Familiarity with PyTorch, TensorFlow, and scikit-learn in production.
• Comfort with evaluation and mitigation of AI hallucinations.
