Job summary

UST is seeking an experienced AI/LLM Engineer to design, develop, and deploy agentic AI solutions addressing real business challenges in India. The role focuses on Python-based development, LLM technologies, RAG architectures, and AWS cloud services to deliver measurable, scalable, and transferable outcomes.

You will co-design workflows, implement retrieval-based AI systems, and establish evaluation pipelines to ensure solution quality with real-world data while collaborating with business

Qualifications

• Strong background in modern LLM application development and agent-based architectures.
• Experience with prompt engineering, evaluation frameworks, and iterative model improvement.
• Cloud-based solution development and deployment using AWS.

Responsibilities

• Co-design and build agentic AI solutions leveraging Python, LLM, RAG, and AWS to solve defined business problems.
• Develop and enhance intelligent workflows involving tool usage, orchestration, retrieval mechanisms, and AI-driven decision-making.
• Establish prompt engineering and evaluation pipelines to measure solution quality, accuracy, and regression performance using real-world data.
• Build, test, and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) implementations to improve response accuracy and contextual relevance.
• Integrate AI solutions with APIs and cloud-based services using AWS-native capabilities.
• Maintain all project artifacts including agent definitions, prompts, evaluations, configurations, and decision logs in Git-based repositories.
• Collaborate closely with product and operations stakeholders through co-design workshops and solution reviews.
• Drive continuous improvement through iterative development, testing, and performance evaluation.
• Support knowledge transfer and enable stakeholders to independently operate and extend delivered solutions.
