Job summary

Alike Thoughts seeks an experienced AI testing leader to drive AI-enabled automation across UI, API and mobile platforms. You will design strategies, plans and reports for large programs, while governing assets and metrics with a focus on quality and efficiency.

The role emphasizes hands-on AI-driven testing, integration with CI/CD pipelines, and mentoring teams to scale AI adoption across projects.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of hands on AI driven testing experience with strong communication skills.
• Hands on with AI-based code assisted IDEs and productivity tools.
• Experience in building or leveraging AI agents on GCP GHCP or custom LLM platforms.
• Strong understanding of AI led automation frameworks and self-healing automation concepts.
• Exposure to AI testing tools and their enterprise adoption.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement AI enabled automation solutions across UI, API and mobile platforms.
• Define test strategies, estimation models, execution plans and test closure reports for large programs.
• Review and govern test assets, automation coverage and quality metrics across teams.
• Drive AI-driven test generation, smart waits, and flakiness detection; mentor teams.

AI Advanced Testing Capabilities

8-12 years of hands on experience in AI driven testing and test automation with proven ability to articulate ideas clearly and communicate effectively with stakeholders architects and leadership

Hands on experience with AI based code assisted IDEs and productivity tools eg Copilot MCP Skill based tools

Experience in building or leveraging AI agents using GCP GHCP or custom LLM platforms

Strong understanding of AI led automation frameworks intelligent test generation and self healing automation concepts

Exposure to COTS AI testing tools ACCELQ Testim Tricentis ToscaVision AIand their enterprise adoption

Experience in authoring and maintaining Self healing locators AI driven test generation Smart waits flakiness detection etc

Key technical Skills

Programming proficiency in Python

Strong experience with Playwright automation

Lead and implement AI enabled automation solutions across UI API and mobile platforms

Leverage AI techniques and tools to optimize test design execution maintenance and defect prediction

Drive cloud based automation frameworks with strong exposure to UI API and mobile automation

Design build and manage QA DevTest pipelines integrated with CICD

Define test strategies estimation models execution plans and test closure reports for large programs

Review and govern test assets automation coverage and quality metrics across teams

Working knowledge of Azure DevOps Jira and AgileScrum methodologies

Good to have skills

Strong understanding of QA governance and delivery excellence

Strong articulation presentation and stakeholder management skills

Ability to mentor teams influence automation strategy and drive AI adoption at scale
