Job summary

Pi Square Technologies in India is seeking a senior AI/ML engineering lead to drive development of GenAI applications and scalable pipelines. You will oversee model training, prompt engineering, and API integrations, guiding a team of engineers toward high-quality, reliable delivery.

The role requires deep expertise in Python, API development, GenAI frameworks, and cloud deployments across AWS/GCP/Azure. You will work with architectural leads to ensure robust, scalable solutions and oversee code

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of engineering experience with 2-3+ years in AI/ML.
• Strong Python and API development skills (FastAPI, Flask etc).
• Hands-on experience with GenAI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and Prompt Engineering and vector databases, embeddings.
• Familiar with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Familiar with cloud deployments (AWS/GCP/Azure cloud).
• Notice period: Immediate to 30-45 days; candidates serving notice preferred.
• Graduation score should be 60% & above; BGv verification is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of AI/ML engineers to deliver models, pipelines, and GenAI applications.
• Write core components: pipelines, model training, prompt engineering, integration layers, APIs.
• Review code, models, and solution design for adherence to architectural guidelines.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across the solution for resolution.

• Hands-on experience with GenAI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and Prompt Engineering and vector databases, embeddings
• CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Cloud deployments (AWS/GCP/Azure cloud)

Key Responsibilities:

• 1) Lead a team of AI/ML engineers and developers to deliver models, pipelines, and GenAI applications.
• 2) Writes core components of the solution: pipelines, model training, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, integration layers, APIs, etc.
• 3) Reviews code, models, prompt frameworks, and solution design.
• 4) Ensures adherence to architectural guidelines set by the AI Architect.
• 5) Troubleshoots complex issues across solution for resolution.
