TheWebVale in India offers an AI Intern role to gain hands-on experience testing prompts, evaluating language models, and building real-world AI applications. You will work with senior studio developers, receive mentorship, and contribute to live client products in regular release cycles.

This internship emphasizes Python, OpenAI API, Git, JSON, and FastAPI, with remote-first setup and a Bhopal studio for hybrid days.

Qualifications

• Be a current student or recent graduate in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
• Demonstrate foundational programming knowledge in Python and basic data handling.
• Show basic familiarity with modern artificial intelligence concepts and language models.
• Understand fundamental programming constructs like functions, loops, and file handling.
• Have basic comfort with Git commands for cloning, branching, and submitting pull requests.
• Bring enthusiasm to learn, ask thoughtful questions, and work constructively.

Responsibilities

• Test prompt variations across commercial language models and document observed results.
• Assemble and clean evaluation datasets representing typical client user inquiries.
• Write basic Python scripts to query model APIs and parse JSON responses under guidance.
• Identify and log instances of model hallucinations, incorrect formatting, or errors.
• Participate actively in team sprint standups and learn professional engineering habits.
• Review pull requests from senior teammates to observe production AI coding standards.

Job description

You will test prompt variations, assemble evaluation datasets, and learn practical AI engineering alongside senior studio developers.

As an AI Intern at TheWebVale, you will gain hands-on experience building real-world artificial intelligence applications. You will help evaluate language model prompts, curate testing datasets, and test automated workflows for clinics, schools, and business tools. You will be paired with senior AI engineers throughout our regular two-to-three week release cycles. You will receive direct mentorship, participate in technical discussions, and see your contributions deployed in live client products.
