Srmap is seeking a technically driven AI engineer to join our Bengaluru team. You will participate in designing and developing AI applications, models, and frameworks that address real-world problems.

The role requires hands-on work with research, experimentation, and performance optimization of ML workflows. You will prototype novel AI frameworks, benchmark model performance, and help integrate AI systems into broader platforms.

• Conduct research and experiments on new AI algorithms, models, and architectures.
• Implement and optimize machine learning algorithms and workflows for performance and scalability.
• Develop prototypes and proof-of-concept implementations for novel AI frameworks.
• Analyze and benchmark the performance of existing AI models and propose enhancements.
• Assist in the integration of new AI systems into larger platforms and applications.
• Collaborate with data engineers and software developers to create end-to-end data pipelines and model deployment strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies and apply them to ongoing projects.
