Qualifications

• 1–2 years hands-on AI implementation experience.

• Familiarity with automation platforms such as Power Automate, Zapier or Make.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Taxpert Professionals is seeking a hands-on AI Implementation Consultant to identify automation opportunities, deploy AI tools, and improve productivity across consulting and professional-services workflows. Experience in consulting, CA, tax, accounting, or advisory firms is preferred.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify suitable AI use cases and implement tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or Gemini for a consulting firm.
• Automate repetitive work in document processing, research, data extraction, reporting, and client communication.
• Build AI-assisted workflows for tax, accounting, compliance, financial advisory, and consulting tasks.
• Create effective prompts, reusable templates, SOPs, and quality-check processes for AI outputs.
• Integrate AI with existing tools and automation platforms; test solutions and document workflows.
• Train employees, troubleshoot issues, and follow data confidentiality and human-review safeguards.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• 1-2 years of hands-on experience in AI implementation, workflow automation, or AI-led process improvement.
• Practical experience deploying AI tools in a consulting or professional-services environment preferred.
• Working knowledge of prompt engineering and tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, or Gemini.
• Familiarity with Power Automate, Zapier, Make, or similar automation platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and user-training skills.
• Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field; equivalent practical experience may be considered.

GOOD TO HAVE

• Excel, Power Query, Power BI, APIs, SQL/Python, OCR, or document-processing experience.
