Job summary

Freelancer seeks an experienced professional to lead responsible AI governance initiatives, shaping policies and procedures to meet regulatory requirements. You will develop control structures, monitor model performance, and coordinate with stakeholders to mitigate technology risks in LLM and generative AI contexts.

The ideal candidate will have 12–20 years of related experience, deep knowledge of agentic AI, governance and risk management, and a proven track record in deploying effective risk

Qualifications

• 12-20 years of experience in a related field such as computer science or engineering.
• Strong understanding of agentic AI, compliance, control, generative AI, governance, IT risk, large language models (LLM), model risk management principles.
• Proven track record in developing effective risk mitigation strategies for complex technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement responsible AI governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, assess, and mitigate technology risks associated with large language models and generative AI systems.
• Design and maintain control structures to monitor model performance, detect anomalies, and escalates issues promptly.
• Provide expert guidance on IT risk management best practices to internal teams.
