Job summary

Vbeyond Corporation is seeking an experienced Manager AI Governance, Risk & Compliance to lead the AI Management System (AIMS) and drive ISO/IEC 42001 compliance. The role focuses on making AI systems responsible, secure, ethical and aligned with regulatory requirements, working with cross-functional teams across Data Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, Privacy and Legal.

The position requires deep GRC expertise, AI risk management, and strong stakeholder communication to mature governance

Qualifications

• 612 years of experience in GRC, Technology Risk, Compliance, IT Risk, Audit or related areas.
• 3–5 years of experience in AI Governance, AI Risk, Model Risk Management, Data Governance or Emerging Technology Governance.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and the AI lifecycle.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage the AI Governance / AI Management System (AIMS).
• Implement ISO/IEC 42001 requirements and support certification/audits.
• Identify and manage AI/ML risks, including model risk, bias, fairness, explainability, privacy, security and data quality.
• Conduct AI risk assessments and impact assessments.
• Develop AI governance policies, procedures, controls and risk frameworks.
• Ensure compliance with AI regulations and data privacy requirements, including the EU AI Act.
• Work closely with Data Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, Privacy, Legal and Business teams.
• Advise senior leadership on AI risk, compliance and governance maturity.
• Monitor changes in AI regulations and industry best practices and improve governance frameworks accordingly.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced AI Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) professional to lead the organization's AI Management System (AIMS) and support ISO/IEC 42001 certification and compliance.

The role will be responsible for ensuring that AI systems are responsible, secure, ethical, compliant and aligned with business and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and manage the organization's AI Governance / AI Management System (AIMS).
• Implement and maintain ISO/IEC 42001 requirements and support certification/audits.
