Job summary

IOT Solutions World is seeking an experienced AI Functional Consultant to drive AI-powered projects by bridging business needs with AI-enabled solutions. You will collaborate with AI/ML, Product, Engineering, and Business teams to translate requirements into functional specifications and ensure successful delivery.

The role emphasizes managing stakeholders, crafting AI use cases, and guiding change management to enable adoption across business units in a dynamic technology environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an AI Functional Consultant in technology-driven environments.
• Experience with AI, Generative AI, NLP, Chatbot, Automation, or data-driven projects.
• Strong understanding of AI project lifecycles, business workflows, and functional documentation.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with AI/ML teams, developers, product managers, and business stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Familiarity with AI concepts such as LLMs, RAG, Prompt Engineering, Chatbots, Sentiment Analysis, or AI Automation workflows.
• Experience with requirement gathering, user stories, BRDs/FRDs, process mapping, and UAT coordination.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple AI initiatives simultaneously.
• Strong collaboration across technical and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities
