Job summary

Wishup Technology Private Limited is seeking a Full Stack Developer - AI in Bangalore to design, build and deploy AI agents that automate complex workflows. You will work on full-stack features with Node.js/Python and React/Next.js, architect MCP servers, and integrate with Slack, Gmail, and CRMs.

You will design prompt pipelines, optimize latency, and own DevOps including containers, CI/CD and cloud deployment on AWS/GCP. 2–8 years of experience required.

Qualifications

• Design, build and deploy AI agents with LLMs and tool-use frameworks.
• Develop full-stack features with Node.js/Python and React/Next.js.
• Architect MCP servers and integrate with external services.
• Design prompt pipelines with outputs, tool calling, RAG and memory systems.
• Optimize latency, reduce hallucinations and manage token costs.
• Own DevOps for services: containers, CI/CD, cloud deployment (AWS / GCP).

Responsibilities

• Design, build and deploy AI agents that automate complex multi-step workflows using LLMs (Claude, GPT-4, Gemini) and tool-use frameworks.
• Architect and implement full-stack features Node.js / Python backends, REST/GraphQL APIs, React/Next.js frontends from scratch to production
• Build and manage MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers and agentic integrations with third-party services (Slack, Gmail, CRMs, databases)
• Design reliable prompt pipelines with structured outputs, tool calling, RAG, and memory systems
• Instrument and iterate on agent behavior: evaluate output quality, reduce hallucinations, optimize token cost, and improve latency
• Integrate AI capabilities into existing product surfaces chat interfaces, dashboards, automation triggers
