Qualifications

• Bachelor's/master's degree in computer science, Engineering, IT, or related discipline, with 5–10 years of hands‑on enterprise full‑stack development experience and demonstrated AI‑first development exposure.
• Strong hands‑on expertise in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, C#, ASP.NET Core, MVC, Web API, and .NET 8/9, with practical exposure to Claude AI / Claude Code, LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, Bots, MCP, tool/function calling, and multi‑agent/multi‑skill AI approaches.
• Practical experience with Azure Functions, App Services, Storage, Key Vault; SharePoint Online/SPFx/CSOM/PnP JS; SQL; and Snowflake including Key Pair Authentication and bulk data transfer.
• Experience with enterprise data migration, Agile/Scrum, Jira, GitHub, CI/CD, troubleshooting, and production support.

Responsibilities

• AI-First & Agentic Software Development: apply AI-first engineering across requirements, design, coding, testing, debugging, documentation, modernization, deployment, and support; leverage Claude AI / Claude Code and similar LLM platforms to accelerate the end‑to‑end SDLC while maintaining enterprise‑grade quality and human review.

Position Summary

We are seeking an AI-first, hands‑on Full-Stack Developer to deliver enterprise software end‑to‑end across React front ends, .NET services, Microsoft Azure, SharePoint Online, integrations, and data platforms. The role combines architecture with hands‑on coding and practical use of Claude AI / Claude Code, LLMs, agents, bots, RAG, multi‑skill/multi‑agent models, and MCP to build software with AI capabilities embedded into the solution architecture.

Key Responsibilities

AI-First & Agentic Software Development

Apply AI-first engineering across requirements, design, coding, testing, debugging, documentation, modernization, deployment, and support; leverage Claude AI / Claude Code and similar LLM platforms to accelerate the end‑to‑end SDLC while maintaining enterprise‑grade quality and human review.

Build AI‑native software using LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, conversational bots, prompt engineering, tool/function calling, APIs/SDKs, and multi‑skill/multi‑agent orchestration; embed AI directly into React applications, .NET APIs, SharePoint solutions, and enterprise workflows.

Design Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations enabling AI models/agents to securely interact with applications, APIs, databases, SharePoint, development tools, and enterprise systems; apply grounding, authentication/authorization, guardrails, observability, evaluation, data protection, and Responsible AI practices.

React, Full-Stack, Cloud & SharePoint Development

Design modern responsive, component‑based front ends using React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS and Bootstrap, including reusable components, state management, routing, authentication, and REST API integration; develop backend services using ASP.NET Core (MVC & Web API), C#, and .NET 8/9.

Integrate React front ends with .NET APIs, Azure services, SharePoint, databases, enterprise APIs, and AI/LLM services. Develop Azure Functions/App Services and SharePoint Online solutions using SPFx, CSOM, and PnP JS, including integrations across SharePoint, Azure Storage, APIs, databases, and enterprise systems.

Data Engineering & Analytics

Write and optimize complex SQL queries and stored procedures; support large‑scale data migration, transformation, validation, reconciliation, and bulk transfers.

Manage secure Snowflake environments, including Key Pair Authentication and bulk data transfers, and protect secrets/credentials using Azure Key Vault.

Ensure data integrity and security across application, integration, storage, and database layers.

Collaboration & DevOps

Manage the full SDLC using Jira for Agile planning/tracking and GitHub for source control, branching, pull requests, code reviews, releases, and CI/CD.

Maintain code quality through standards, automated testing, documentation, secure development, deployment automation, logging, monitoring, and root‑cause analysis.

Collaborate with architecture, QA, DevOps, cloud, security, data, business, and support teams through design, delivery, and production support.
