Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) invites an AI Experience (UX) Designer to join our Operations team onsite. You will craft AI-assisted workflows, design conversations, and create end-to-end employee and partner journeys that integrate business processes, tools, data, and AI capabilities.

You will use Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD to develop wireframes, prototypes, and service blueprints while applying design thinking and accessibility standards (WCAG).

Qualifications

• Graduate with 8+ years in UX/design or related field.
• Strong UX, service design, and human-centered design background.
• Experience designing enterprise employee/partner experiences or conversational interfaces.
• Proficient with Figma, Sketch or Adobe XD and WCAG accessibility practices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, journey mapping, interviews, usability testing, and feedback sessions.
• Design AI-assisted workflows, conversational experiences, prompts, interaction patterns, and prototypes.
• Create employee and partner experience journeys that connect business processes, tools, data, and AI capabilities.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, service blueprints, design concepts, and experience standards using Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Apply design thinking and service design methods to translate complex processes and AI capabilities into simple user experiences.
• Collaborate with architects, product/delivery leads, technology teams, and adoption leads to ensure design is integrated into delivery.
• Support accessibility, inclusive design, WCAG alignment, and responsible AI interaction principles.
• Continuously gather feedback and improve prompts, workflows, and user experiences based on adoption insights.

What you will do:

• Develop wireframes, prototypes, service blueprints, design concepts, and experience standards using tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Apply design thinking and service design methods to translate complex process and AI capabilities into simple user experiences.
• Collaborate with business architects, product/delivery leads, technology teams, and adoption leads to ensure experience design is integrated into solution delivery.
• Support accessibility, inclusive design, WCAG alignment, and responsible AI user interaction principles.
• Continuously gather feedback and improve prompts, workflows, and user experiences based on adoption and usability insights.

What you will bring:

• Education - any Graduate
• 8+ experience

Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong UX design, service design, design thinking, or human-centered design background.
• Experience designing enterprise workflows, employee experiences, partner experiences, or conversational interfaces.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Understanding of accessibility standards, including WCAG, and inclusive design practices.
• Ability to prototype, test, and iterate user experiences quickly with business and technology stakeholders.
• Strong facilitation, user research, journey mapping, and storytelling skills.
• Ability to design for AI transparency, user trust, prompt quality, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
