Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a seasoned Product SME / Platform Lead to drive Responsible AI across the organization. You will define frameworks, embed ethical AI, and establish governance structures while ensuring privacy, fairness, and transparency in AI systems.

The role emphasizes AI risk assessment, regulatory alignment (GDPR, AI Act), and data minimization with cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Define and implement Responsible AI frameworks across the organization.
• Ensure adherence to ethical AI principles including fairness, transparency, and privacy.
• Establish and support AI governance structures such as ethics councils and oversight roles.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, AI Act).
• Conduct AI risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Apply technical safeguards such as bias detection, bias mitigation, and data minimization.

Responsibilities

• 8-10 years of experience as Product SME / Platform Lead.
• Lead the design and execution of Responsible AI initiatives across a large enterprise.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed ethical AI throughout products.
• Define governance processes and reporting for AI risk and compliance.
• Monitor regulatory developments and translate into organizational policy.
• Champion data privacy, fairness, and transparency in all AI systems.
