Skalable is seeking an AI ERP Finance Systems Analyst in Chennai to help finance teams trust their systems and data. You will investigate discrepancies, improve financial workflows and use AI-assisted analysis to solve problems faster without compromising accuracy or control.

• Strong spreadsheet skills and working knowledge of SQL.

• Curiosity about AI and a commitment to accurate, responsible use.

About the Role

Help finance teams trust their systems and data. As an AI ERP Finance Systems Analyst, you will investigate discrepancies, improve financial workflows and use AI-assisted analysis to solve problems faster without compromising accuracy or control.

What You Will Do

• Analyze financial data, transactions and ERP process issues
• Investigate discrepancies across accounts, subledgers and connected systems
• Support reconciliations, period-close activities and control improvements
• Use SQL, spreadsheets and basic scripting to trace issues and validate results
• Apply AI to accelerate research, analysis and documentation, while checking every output against source data
• Identify automation opportunities that reduce repetitive work and strengthen controls
• Work with finance users and technical teams to deliver improvements through completion

What You Bring

• 1 to 4 years in accounting, finance systems, ERP support or financial analysis
• Sound knowledge of accounting fundamentals and financial processes
• Strong spreadsheet skills and working knowledge of SQL
• Careful problem-solving, clear documentation and dependable follow-through
• Curiosity about AI and a commitment to accurate, responsible use

Preferred

• Dynamics 365, NetSuite, SAP or another ERP
• Basic Python, Power Query or automation experience
• AP, AR, GL, fixed-assets or month-end-close exposure
