Job summary

Park+ in Gurugram invites you to join our ML/AI internship program. You will work on cutting-edge computer vision systems, training models for object detection, OCR, tracking, and video analysis, with a focus on real-world performance improvements.

You’ll explore generative AI applications, retrieval-augmented generation, and voice AI features, while gaining hands-on experience with model internals, optimization, and end-to-end experimentation in a collaborative, builder-minded environment.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Python programming and ML principles.
• Solid grasp of linear algebra, probability, optimization, and neural networks.
• Deep understanding of internal ML architectures.
• Knowledge of CNNs, object detection frameworks, Transformer models, and attention mechanisms.
• Familiarity with LLM capabilities, fine-tuning, losses, and training pipelines.
• Experience with inference optimization and evaluation methodologies.

Responsibilities

About the role:

• - Develop and optimize computer vision systems including object detection, optical character recognition, multi-object tracking, and video analysis
• - Build and train machine learning models with a focus on performance enhancement and efficiency
• - Work on generative AI applications including retrieval-augmented generation, model fine-tuning, embedding generation, and optimized inference
• - Create agentic AI systems involving autonomous agents, planning mechanisms, memory management, tool integration, and workflow automation
• - Implement voice AI features spanning automatic speech recognition, text-to-speech synthesis, voice activity detection, and real-time conversational agents
• - Conduct machine learning research to evaluate novel architectures, run controlled experiments, and advance model performance

What you'll need:

• - Strong foundation in Python programming and machine learning principles
• - Solid grasp of linear algebra, probability theory, optimization techniques, and neural network fundamentals
• - Deep understanding of how machine learning architectures function internally
• - Working knowledge of convolutional neural networks, object detection frameworks, Transformer models, and attention mechanisms
