Job summary

JanAI is offering an AI engineering internship in Bengaluru, inviting students and recent graduates to work on real AI projects. You will build and deploy AI-driven solutions, collaborate with engineers, and gain hands-on experience with modern AI tools and LLMs.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in CS/Engineering/Data Science programs, with strong knowledge of data structures, APIs, and databases, and proficiency in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript.

About the role:

• Internship in AI engineering with JanAI, working on projects that leverage modern AI technologies

What you'll work on:

• Building and deploying AI-driven projects from conception through production

What we're looking for:

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree programme in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science or a related discipline
• Solid grounding in data structures, APIs and databases
• Fluency in at least one programming language such as Python or JavaScript/TypeScript
• Portfolio of completed projects that you've put into the hands of actual users
• A mindset of curiosity and rapid learning; ability to pick up new concepts and explain your reasoning
• Demonstrated capacity to tackle difficult problems independently and articulate your solution process

Bonus qualifications:

• Prior work with LLMs, AI platforms or machine learning initiatives
• Deep interest in understanding how AI systems function at a technical level
• Proficiency in an Indian language in addition to English
