Job summary

Kasadara Inc. is seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer to drive enterprise AI initiatives, from design to deployment, leveraging LLMs, RAG, and agentic AI. You will build scalable AI solutions, integrate with Microsoft 365 and Azure data services, and implement end-to-end MLOps for reliable production workloads.

You will collaborate with architects, data engineers, and business stakeholders, lead reviews, and help shape innovative AI capabilities across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience designing, developing and deploying enterprise-scale AI and Generative AI solutions.
• Hands-on with LLMs, RAG, agentic AI and integrated cloud architectures.

About The Role

We are looking for a highly skilled AI Engineer to join our Data & AI Practice and drive the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-scale AI and Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Machine Learning, Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI, cloud-native architectures, and MLOps, with a proven track record of delivering production-ready AI solutions that create measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

AI Solution Development

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI solutions.
• Build intelligent applications leveraging LLMs, RAG frameworks, AI Agents, and cloud-native architectures.
• Develop enterprise AI solutions focused on automation, knowledge management, and business transformation.

AI Engineering & Integration

• Build AI-powered applications, APIs, and intelligent workflows.
