Ysquare Technology in India invites AI Automation Engineers to architect AI-powered solutions, drive end-to-end workshop execution, and support outreach to working professionals and students.

You're expected to build AI agents, integrate AI/ML models, preprocess data, and lead demonstrations while maintaining security practices and coordinating with MD. Strong Python skills and clear communication are essential for engaging participants and college partners.

Qualifications

• Strong Python foundation with intermediate AI/ML knowledge.
• Hands-on experience with NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn.
• Knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering.
• Experience with AI agents and automation concepts.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop AI agents and automation workflows for workshops and use cases.
• Support AI/ML model development, data preprocessing, testing and optimization.
• Coordinate end-to-end workshops, including setup, demonstrations and support.
• Reach out to participants and colleges via calls and emails to promote workshops and registrations.
• Ensure ISMS compliance and information security training.

We are looking for enthusiastic AI Automation Engineers to develop AI-powered solutions and support workshops for working professionals and college students. Selected candidates will work closely with the Managing Director (MD), handling AI automation, end-to-end workshop execution, and prospect outreach.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI agents, AI-powered applications, and automation workflows for practical use cases and workshops.
• Support AI/ML model development, data preprocessing, testing, optimization, and API integrations using Generative AI, LLMs, and agent frameworks.
• Manage end-to-end workshops, including technical setup, demonstrations, participant support, coordination, and feedback.
• Contact prospective participants and colleges through calls and emails to promote workshops and manage registrations and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with team on AI initiatives, workshop planning, outreach, and execution; document workflows and activities.
• Follow ISMS and information security policies, protect confidential information, comply with access controls, report incidents, and complete mandatory security training.

Requirements

• Intermediate AI/ML knowledge and strong Python foundation.
• Familiarity with NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, and basic TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Understanding of AI agents, Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, and automation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for explaining AI concepts and interacting with participants and prospects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and learning abilities.
