Job summary

Alpha Applied Analytics Solutions is seeking an AI Engineer to help US clients adopt Claude Code, MCP servers, and agent workflows. You will configure tooling, build reusable plugins, and integrate AI with ERPs, databases, and cloud storage, delivering auditable, data-driven results.

You’ll collaborate with data analysts and engineers to translate business requirements into sharable tools, maintain GitHub repos, and document setup guides for client reporting.

Qualifications

• About 1 years of hands-on experience in software development, data engineering, or AI/ML.
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, or similar), prompt engineering, and tool/function calling.
• Familiarity with Claude Code, MCP, or agent frameworks such as LangChain or similar; a GitHub or portfolio showing this work is a strong plus.
• Comfortable with Git, REST APIs, SQL, JSON, and the command line.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and data pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and clear written and spoken English for working directly with US clients.

Responsibilities

• Setting up and configuring Claude Code and related AI tooling for client teams.
• Building reusable plugins, skills, and agent workflows for finance, operations, and compliance tasks such as month-end reporting, document review, and data analysis.
• Integrating AI tools with business systems, including ERPs, databases, Power BI, GitHub, and cloud storage, through APIs and MCP connectors.
• Designing and testing prompts and agent behaviour so outputs are accurate, reliable, and auditable.
• Building LLM-based NLP tools that extract insights from contracts, financial records, and communications.
• You will work with data analysts, software engineers, and subject matter experts to turn business requirements into working tools. You will also maintain GitHub repositories, write setup guides and documentation, and log work clearly for client reporting.

Role Description

The AI Engineer will help US clients adopt and get value from agentic AI tools, especially Claude Code, MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers, skills, and custom AI plugins.
