Job summary

Brace Infotech in Hyderabad is seeking a seasoned Generative AI & Enterprise AI engineer with 5-8 years of experience to design and build AI-powered enterprise applications. The role emphasizes RAG, LangChain, LLM integration, and Python development within a 3-day work-from-office setup.

Immediate joiners are preferred for driving AI initiatives, including document automation, workflow automation, and API-driven microservices.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise AI applications using Python.
• Build AI assistants, enterprise copilots, AI agents, and conversational AI solutions.
• Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and knowledge management platforms.
• Integrate and optimize open-source and commercial LLMs based on business requirements.
• Implement prompt engineering, model evaluation, tool/function calling, and AI workflow orchestration.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend suitable architectures.
• Build OCR, document classification, metadata extraction, semantic search, summarization, Named Entity Recognition (NER), and knowledge extraction pipelines.
