Job description

Fospe is looking for a passionate and skilled AI Engineer to join our growing AI Product Engineering team. If you enjoy building AI-powered applications, developing custom AI skills and agents, optimizing LLM costs, and working with cutting-edge technologies, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications and agents.
• Build custom AI skills, workflows, and automation solutions.
• Develop and optimize AI models and integrations.
• Implement LLM-based solutions using Anthropic, OpenAI, and other AI platforms.
• Optimize token usage, latency, and operational costs.
• Develop AI APIs and backend services using Python.
• Fine-tune prompts and AI workflows for performance and accuracy.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver enterprise AI solutions.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Python
• Experience with AI/LLM development and integrations
• Knowledge of API development and backend systems
• Understanding of AI agents, automation, and workflow orchestration
• Experience with Git and collaborative development practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills
