Infosys Consulting, the management consulting arm of Infosys, seeks an AI Consultant to join the Agentic AI Center of Excellence. You will design, build, and maintain data pipelines and AI components using Azure, enabling enterprise-scale AI use cases with secure, scalable services.

Responsibilities include stakeholder engagement, AI app development, data pipeline engineering, enterprise integration, and responsible AI. PAN INDIA location preferred.

Competenze

• Experience designing data pipelines for AI applications.
• Hands-on Azure ecosystem experience for enterprise-scale AI.
• GPT model fine-tuning and data prep for LLMs.
• Familiarity with RAG, embeddings, semantic and vector search.

Infosys Consulting, the management consulting business of Infosys, is looking for a highly skilled AI Consultant to join our Agentic AI Center of Excellence (CoE) within its Enterprise AI & Data practice. This role is pivotal in designing, building, and maintaining data pipelines and AI application components that support cutting-edge Agentic AI solutions within the CoE. Successful candidates would be expected to enable data readiness, integration, and model deployment using Microsoft Azure technologies to power enterprise-scale AI use cases.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand business objectives, user needs, success measures, and technical constraints for AI initiatives.
• AI Application Development: Design and develop AI-enabled applications and reusable solution components using Azure AI services, large language models, and agent orchestration frameworks.
• Data Pipeline Engineering: Design, build, and maintain data ingestion, transformation, validation, and storage pipelines that support AI application requirements.
• Enterprise Integration: Integrate AI applications with enterprise systems, databases, APIs, and business workflows using secure RESTful services and event-driven integration patterns where appropriate.
• Backend Engineering: Develop scalable backend services and APIs using Python, FastAPI, Pydantic, and related application development frameworks.
• Cloud Deployment: Containerize and deploy application components using Docker and cloud-native services, supported by automated CI/CD pipelines.
• Evaluation and Testing: Define test scenarios and evaluate AI applications for response quality, retrieval accuracy, reliability, latency, and adherence to business requirements.
• Monitoring and Optimization: Support application logging, monitoring, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and cost management across development and production environments.
• Responsible AI and Security: Implement appropriate controls for data privacy, application security, content safety, responsible AI, and compliance with enterprise standards.
• Knowledge Sharing: Document solution designs, implementation approaches, reusable components, and lessons learned, and share technical knowledge with engineering and consulting teams.

Skills & Experience Required:

Data Engineering & Azure Ecosystem: Strong hands-on experience with

• Data ingestion, transformation, validation, and storage

Agentic AI Enablement: Experience supporting

• GPT model fine-tuning, data preparation for LLMs, synthetic data generation
• RAG architectures, embeddings, semantic search, and vector search
• Vector/Graph DBs (neo4j), LangChain/LangGraph, AutoGen or equivalent frameworks
• Prompt and Context engineering for agent memory and tool chaining

Programming & Micro Services Architecture: Strong skills in

• Python, PySpark, SQL, Fast API (Pydantic, REST APIs)
• Containerization using Docker/Kubernetes, and CI/CD automation

Soft Skills

• Ability to collaborate effectively with AI Consultants, Architects, and Business Analysts
• Strong communication skills to explain data and AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders & ability to transfer industry knowledge to peers

Preferred Certifications

• NVIDIA/ Google Certified AI Practitioner or equivalent minimum specialization in Generative/Agentic AI
