Qualifications

Role Overview

We are looking for an Associate AI/ML Engineer with 1–2 years of experience who is passionate about Generative AI, LLMs, automation, and AI-powered applications.

You will work closely with senior AI/ML engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders to build and deploy AI tools, dashboards, micro-applications, automation workflows, and intelligent solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop AI-powered applications across backend and frontend.
• Build REST APIs and backend services using Python, FastAPI, or Flask.
• Integrate LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Claude, and Hugging Face.
• Develop AI-powered dashboards, internal tools, and automation solutions.
• Apply prompt engineering to improve AI output quality.
• Develop and support RAG pipelines, embeddings, and vector search.
• Build frontend components using React.js, Next.js, or similar frameworks.
• Rapidly prototype and experiment with new AI solutions.
• Debug AI pipelines, backend services, and data-processing workflows.
• Work with PostgreSQL, Supabase, and other databases.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.
• Stay updated with emerging AI tools, frameworks, and best practices.

Required Skills

• 1–2 years of experience in AI/ML, Software Development, Backend Development, or related fields.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Hands-on experience with FastAPI, Flask, or similar frameworks.
• Good understanding of REST APIs and backend integrations.
• Basic knowledge of React.js, Next.js, or frontend development.
• Experience with LLM APIs – OpenAI, Claude, Hugging Face, etc.
• Understanding of Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, and AI workflows.
• Knowledge of RAG, embeddings, and vector search.
• Familiarity with Pinecone, FAISS, Supabase Vector, or similar vector databases.
• Experience with PostgreSQL / Supabase.
• Knowledge of Pandas and NumPy.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Ability to build end-to-end AI solutions with guidance.

Good to Have

• Experience with LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• Experience building AI chatbots, copilots, or AI assistants.
• Dashboard or internal business-tool development experience.
• Familiarity with AI coding/prototyping tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, v0, Bolt, or Lovable.
• Knowledge of web scraping.
• Basic understanding of system design.
• Experience with Vercel, Railway, Render, or similar deployment platforms.
• Understanding of authentication and application security.
