As an AI Engagement Manager, you’ll lead enterprise customer engagements, identify high‑value GenAI use cases, and drive measurable business outcomes using Adobe’s Generative AI ecosystem and third‑party models. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, product owner, and transformation lead - taking ideas from experimentation to production.

Responsibilities

• Lead GenAI‑driven creative and marketing transformations.
• Partner with customer executives to define use cases, success metrics, and adoption strategies.
• Facilitate workshops, POCs, and solution deployments.
• Drive value realization, governance, and solution adoption.
• Work on real‑world GenAI innovation.
• Influence creative operations at enterprise scale.

Requirements

• 4–10+ years in consulting, digital strategy, AI/ML, or enterprise software.
• Proven experience leading enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of Adobe Creative Cloud, Firefly, Express, GenStudio (Experience Cloud a plus).
• Agile delivery experience and excellent executive communication skills.
• Hands‑on background in creative content production (creative studios, agencies, marketing operations, or content supply chains).
