Medielaj is seeking an AI/ML developer to build and deploy models for NLP and predictive analytics, and to create LLM-based chatbots for automation and customer interaction.

You will partner with data engineers to preprocess large datasets, optimize models for performance, and integrate AI into web and mobile apps while contributing to ongoing R&D.

Role & responsibilities

Develop and deploy AI/ML models for various applications, including NLP, and predictive analytics.

Build and fine-tune LLM-based chatbots and AI agents for automation and customer interaction.

Work with data engineers to preprocess and clean large datasets for model training.

Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and real-world deployment.

Implement AI-driven solutions for business automation, recommendation systems, and analytics.

Collaborate with software engineers to integrate AI models into web and mobile applications.

Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML and contribute to research and development.

Preferred candidate profile

2-3 years of experience in AI/ML development.

Strong programming skills in Python (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, OpenAI APIs, LangChain, etc.).

Experience with NLP, LLMs (GPT, Llama, Mistral, etc.), and chatbot development.

Proficiency in working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for AI model deployment.

Hands-on experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and data pipelines.

Familiarity with MLOps, model versioning, and CI/CD workflows.

Experience with REST APIs and AI model integration into applications.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Experience with AI-driven automation tools and frameworks.

Knowledge of Reinforcement Learning and Generative AI.

Experience in deploying AI models in scalable production environments.
