Role : AI Developer

Experience : 5 to 7 years

Must have skills:

• Expertise on copilot studio multiagent
• Good Development skills in Microsoft AI platforms
• Hands on experience in Power Automate
• Hands on development experience in Github copilot
• RAG building blocks: chunking strategies, hybrid search, multimodal retrieval, rerankers.
• Security & networking: Key Vault, Managed Identity, Private Link, VNET, RBAC; cost optimization.

Good to have:

• Experience with LangChain/Semantic Kernel and prompt engineering frameworks.
• Knowledge of layout-aware ML (LayoutLM/DocAI), table extraction, and image embeddings (CLIP/BLIP).
• Domain experience in financial services/payments and compliance requirements.
