Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services invites experienced AI/GEN AI developers for a walk-in drive in Chennai. The role demands hands-on experience building scalable AI agents, integrating with LLM orchestration frameworks, and strong Python skills.

Candidates should have 4+ years in AI development, with knowledge of data architectures for AI/ML, RAG variants, and cloud hyperscalers. Reporting to AI/ML teams, you will contribute to secure, scalable AI solutions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in development and maintenance of scalable and secure AI agents and applications.
• Build and optimize data architectures to support AI/ML/OR model training, evaluation and deployment.
• Integrate with LLM orchestration frameworks (LangChain, Semantic Kernel) and support modular data access by multiple agentic processes.
• Hands-on experience of standard RAG and variants like Graph, Agentic, Context Augmented and Corrective.
• Awareness on fine tuning and Model Context Protocol.
• Experience usage of RESTful APIs, server services for AI/OR algorithms.
• Strong Hands-on in Python and experience in different classes and libraries.
• Hands-on experience and in depth in one of the hyperscalers (Google/Azure/AWS) in AI/GEN AI space
• Exposure and awareness on Deep learning/Computer Vision/Natural Language Processing

Experience Range: 4 to 15 years

Must Have:

• 4+ years of experience in development and maintenance of scalable and secure AI agents and applications

• Integrate with LLM orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Semantic Kernel) and support modular data access by multiple agentic processes

• Awareness on fine tuning and Model Context Protocol.
