We are seeking an Experienced AI Developer with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about artificial intelligence and possess a strong background in developing cutting‑edge AI solutions.

Essential Job Functions

• Develop, fine‑tune, and deploy LLM-based applications for real‑world use cases.
• Utilize LangChain to build AI‑powered applications and workflows.
• Research and apply the latest advancements in NLP, Deep Learning, and AI frameworks.
• Design and develop AI pipelines, integrating models with backend systems and APIs.
• Work with structured and unstructured datasets to train and improve AI models.
• Deploy AI models using MLOps best practices on cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into products.
• Ensure model performance, scalability, and security best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging AI trends and innovations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s/Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in AI, ML, NLP, and Deep Learning development.
• Hands‑on experience with LLMs (GPT, BERT, LLaMA, etc.) and LangChain.
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face Transformers.
• Experience in deploying AI solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Familiarity with vector databases and knowledge retrieval techniques.
• Understanding of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and model monitoring.
• Experience with APIs, microservices, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Multimodal AI models and AI-driven automation.
• Knowledge of Graph Neural Networks, Reinforcement Learning, or Self‑Supervised Learning.
