Job summary

ERBrains is seeking a hands-on AI Developer to build practical AI solutions, including generative AI, LLMs, and intelligent agents. You will evolve ideas into prototypes, then production-ready implementations, staying current with rapid AI advances.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build AI-powered applications using LLMs and Generative AI.

• Develop RAG (Retrieval‑Augmented Generation) solutions over documents, databases and enterprise knowledge.

About the Role

We are looking for a hands‑on AI Developer who is passionate about building practical AI solutions and has experience working with Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, intelligent automation, chatbots and AI‑powered applications.

This is a hands‑on development role. We are looking for someone who can take an AI use case from idea → prototype → working solution → deployment, rather than someone with only theoretical AI/ML knowledge.

Since Generative AI and Agentic AI are rapidly evolving areas, strong hands‑on project experience and the ability to learn and experiment quickly are more important than years of experience.

What You Will Work On

• Build AI‑powered applications using LLMs and Generative AI
• Develop AI Agents and Agentic workflows capable of reasoning, tool calling and executing tasks
• Build intelligent chatbots, AI assistants and conversational applications
• Develop RAG (Retrieval‑Augmented Generation) solutions over documents, databases and enterprise knowledge
• Build AI‑powered business process automations
• Integrate AI models with APIs, databases, enterprise applications and third‑party services
• Develop AI solutions for data analysis, insights, summarization, classification, prediction and decision support
• Experiment with multi‑agent architectures and autonomous workflows
• Build AI solutions that can trigger actions, call APIs and automate business processes
• Work with LLM providers and models such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Llama or similar
• Develop APIs and backend services required to integrate AI capabilities into applications
• Evaluate AI responses and improve accuracy, reliability, latency and cost
• Build prototypes/POCs quickly and convert successful ideas into production‑ready solutions
• Stay updated with emerging AI technologies, frameworks and agentic patterns

Required Technical Skills

• Hands‑on experience with Generative AI / LLM applications
• Experience working with OpenAI or other LLM APIs
• Understanding of Prompt Engineering
• Experience building AI applications rather than only consuming AI tools
• Hands‑on experience with RAG & Knowledge systems
• Experience building AI Agents / Agentic AI
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, Google ADK or similar
• Exposure to MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an advantage
• REST APIs and backend development
• FastAPI / Flask or similar
• SQL / databases
• Git/GitHub
• Basic Docker/container knowledge
• Experience integrating AI with external APIs and business applications

Good to Have

• Experience with Azure OpenAI / Microsoft Azure
• Experience with Power Automate, Copilot Studio or other automation platforms
• Experience building AI-powered dashboards or insight‑generation solutions
• NLP / traditional ML experience
• Experience with speech/voice AI
• Experience with document intelligence / OCR

What We Are Looking For

We are more interested in what you have actually built than simply the number of years on your resume.

Candidates with 0–5 years of experience are welcome if they can demonstrate strong hands‑on work through production projects, client projects, personal AI projects, GitHub repositories, AI/GenAI POCs, hackathons, internships, freelance projects or start‑up/product experience.

A candidate with 2 years of strong hands‑on AI development experience can be more suitable than someone with 5 years of generic software development experience.
