Job summary

SOBHA is seeking an AI & Data Platform Engineer to design, develop, and support enterprise data and analytics solutions, focusing on Microsoft Fabric, Lakehouses, and Power BI.

You will help drive AI adoption across the organization, translating business needs into scalable analytics and AI-powered solutions using Azure AI Foundry and related Microsoft services. Strong SQL, Python, data modelling, and API skills are required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines, Lakehouses, Warehouses, Semantic Models, and Power BI solutions using Microsoft Fabric.
• Build and optimize scalable data models and analytics solutions to support business reporting and decision-making.
• Work with structured and unstructured enterprise data from multiple business systems.
• Develop data transformation workflows using SQL, Python, Spark, and Fabric notebooks.
• Explore, prototype, and implement AI solutions using Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, and related Microsoft AI services.
• Build AI agents and copilots that leverage enterprise data to improve business productivity and decision-making.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to identify opportunities for automation and AI-driven innovation.
• Follow best practices for data governance, security, version control, testing, and documentation.

AI & Data Platform Engineer

We are looking for an AI & Data Platform Engineer to design, develop, and support enterprise data and analytics solutions while helping drive the adoption of AI across the organization. The role will primarily focus on Microsoft Fabric-based data engineering and analytics, while also exploring and building AI-powered solutions using Azure AI Foundry and related Microsoft AI services.

The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in data engineering and analytics, combined with a curiosity for emerging AI technologies and the ability to rapidly experiment, prototype, and deliver business-focused AI solutions.

This role is expected to evolve alongside Microsoft's AI ecosystem, requiring continuous learning, experimentation, and the ability to translate emerging technologies into practical business solutions.

Key Responsibilities
