Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center India is seeking an AI Data Modeling Senior Associate to shape data models for AI/ML, design embeddings, and build robust data pipelines. You will work with client teams across Advisory, Assurance, Tax, and Business Services to deliver data-driven solutions.

You will mentor junior staff, manage workstreams, and contribute to AI-enabled modelling initiatives while upholding professional and technical standards in a dynamic, global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, or related field.
• 2-3 years of relevant development experience, with overall 4+ years of experience
• Proven experience working on real‑time, client‑facing AI projects
• Strong hands‑on expertise in AI/ML development and applied AI solutions

• augmented generation (RAG) pipelines
• Define schemas for structured and unstructured data feeding into LLM-based systems

As an AI Data Modeling Senior Associate you will support client service engagements by analyzing complex data, shaping data models, and turning business needs into clear technical solutions within our Business & Supply Chain Operations practice. As a Senior Associate you will manage assigned workstreams, apply critical thinking to break down complex concepts, mentor Associates and other junior team members, and build meaningful client connections while navigating ambiguity and changing priorities. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will contribute to AI-enabled modelling efforts, interpret feedback from stakeholders, uphold professional and technical standards, and help deliver data‑driven deliverables that support Field Service & Operations Modernisation initiatives.

• Conduct red‑teaming and adversarial testing to identify failure modes




• Define and track key metrics (precision, recall, latency, safety compliance) across AI features




• Document evaluation results and drive iterative improvements with engineering and product teams
