Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center India is seeking an AI Data Modeling Senior Associate to analyze complex data, shape models, and translate business needs into AI-ready technical solutions within our Business & Supply Chain Operations practice.

You will lead workstreams, mentor junior team members, and contribute to AI-enabled modeling efforts while delivering data-driven outputs for Field Service & Operations Modernisation initiatives.

As an AI Data Modeling Senior Associate you will support client service engagements by analyzing complex data, shaping data models, and turning business needs into clear technical solutions within our Business & Supply Chain Operations practice. As a Senior Associate you will manage assigned workstreams, apply critical thinking to break down complex concepts, mentor Associates and other junior team members, and build meaningful client connections while navigating ambiguity and changing priorities. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will contribute to AI-enabled modeling efforts, interpret feedback from stakeholders, uphold professional and technical standards, and help deliver data-driven deliverables that support Field Service & Operations Modernisation initiatives.

What You Must Have

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, or related field

• 2-3 years of relevant development experience, with overall 4+ years of experience
• Proven experience working on real-time, client-facing AI projects
• Strong hands-on expertise in AI/ML development and applied AI solutions

Develop test suites and evaluation frameworks to measure model accuracy, relevance, and consistency

• Design and implement guardrails to prevent hallucinations, prompt injection, data leakage, and unsafe outputs
• Build automated evaluation pipelines (golden datasets, regression tests, scoring rubrics) for continuous model quality monitoring
• Conduct red-teaming and adversarial testing to identify failure modes
• Define and track key metrics (precision, recall, latency, safety compliance) across AI features
