Job summary

TaskUs is seeking native or bilingual Punjabi speakers in India to join our AI language project. You will generate original, natural, and grammatically precise language content to help train next-generation AI models.

Applicants will complete a short language production test during screening and must deliver high-quality text that reflects authentic Punjabi and English usage. You will follow project guidelines, manage your own workload, and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native fluency in Punjabi and English with strong written grammar skills.

We are seeking detail-oriented native or bilingual speakers in Punjabi to join our team for a high-impact AI language project. In this role, you will go beyond simple annotation - you will actively generate original, natural, and grammatically precise language content to help train next-generation AI models.

As part of our screening process, shortlisted candidates will be asked to complete a brief language production test to evaluate native writing proficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Language & Content Generation: Draft accurate, fluent, and culturally authentic responses for AI prompts based on project guidelines.
• Prompt Execution: Complete targeted assignments consisting of a prompt followed by related questions.
• Quality & Nuance: Ensure all written output strictly adheres to native-speaker phrasing, natural sentence flow, and precise grammar standards.
• Self-Management: Review project guidelines independently and manage your workload effectively to meet assigned deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Language Expertise: Native or near-native fluency in Punjabi and English, with exceptional written communication and grammar skills (emphasis on active language production and native fluency).
• Attention to Detail: Ability to consistently generate high-quality, authentic text across multiple prompts and questions.
• Tech Readiness: Comfortable using digital platforms, online forms, and web-based workspace tools.
• Time Management: Strong organization skills with the ability to manage task volumes independently.
• Preferred: Prior experience in copywriting, translation, content creation, or AI data generation/annotation is a plus.

Project Scope:

• Guidelines: Straightforward project instructions that focus primarily on your native-language intuition and expertise.
• A paid training will be provided, followed by an assessment before you are added to the production phase.
