• R&D and optimize AI pipelines; troubleshoot issues like flickering and drift.

We have an exciting opportunity for the role of AI Artist Specialist (Contractual)

Location : Mumbai

Overview

The role is for end-to-end video production using AI platforms. This includes conceptualizing, generating, animating, editing, and delivering complete AI-powered videos.

The role focuses on creating fully AI-generated content across multiple platforms - YouTube, Reels, Shorts, paid ads, and product explainers. The candidate must be able to manage character consistency, scene coherence, animation continuity, and create brand-appropriate AI video styles.

Key Responsibilities

Complete AI Video Production

• Create fully AI-generated videos using platforms like Higgsfield, Runway, Kling, Midjourney, Leonardo, etc.
• Generate scenes, characters, environments, transitions, and motion sequences using AI tools.
• Ensure multi-frame coherence, lighting consistency, and narrative alignment.
• Build storyboards, style frames, and visual narratives entirely through generative platforms.

AI Visual & Style Development

• Develop IL Studio Ones proprietary AI visual style libraries:
• Prompts
• LUTs
• Color systems
• Brand-styled characters
• Backgrounds
• Generate intelligent assets (hooks, thumbnails, texture packs, patterns, icon sets) using AI.

R&D and Innovation

• Continuously test emerging AI video-generation tools.
• Optimize multi-step pipelines for quality and consistency.
• Solve advanced issues like flickering, instability, and character drift.

Hybrid & Production Support

• Augment shoot videos using AI:
• Object removal
• AI-based reframing
• Background generation
• Scene extension
• Auto-stylization
• Collaborate with editors and motion designers on hybrid AI & traditional workflows.

Required Skills

• 3 to 6 years of experience in design, AI art, video production, or digital creative technology.
• Strong expertise in AI generative tools
• Understanding prompt engineering, camera framing, lighting setups, and character consistency.
• Ability to produce complete videos end-to-end using AI.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of multi-frame coherence models and generative animation pipelines.
• Experience collaborating with editors and motion teams.
