Job summary

Crossing Hurdles is seeking an LLM AI Quality Analyst (Personalization) with Indonesian fluency for a remote, contract-based role. You will evaluate AI responses for personalization quality, annotate outputs, and provide feedback to improve model behavior.

This short-term engagement requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The role supports full-time hours (8 per day) with a two-month contract and overlap with PST.

Qualifications

• Indonesian proficiency with high-level reading and writing in Indonesian.
• Experience in data annotation, AI quality evaluation, content moderation, or related field preferred.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to evaluate complex and ambiguous AI-generated responses.
• BS/BA degree or equivalent in Policy, Law, Ethics, Linguistics, Journalism, Computer Science, or related analytical discipline.
• Willingness to use a personal Google account and enable personal data sources for project evaluation.
• Full-time availability in local time zone with at least 4-hour overlap with PST.
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Full-time availability in the local time zone with a minimum 4-hour overlap with PST time zone
