The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Grok, Claude, and ChatGPT, along with proven expertise in AI agents, APIs, and business process automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Integrate personal and firm email accounts with AI-powered assistants
• Set up SMS and WhatsApp messaging automation
• Connect AI tools to SharePoint, Excel files, and Microsoft 365
• Integrate accounting platforms with AI tools for financial analysis and reporting
• Explore integrations with SmartAdvocate for efficient case lookups
• Build automated reports and dashboards
• Develop AI-powered solutions to identify expenses and recommend cost-effective alternatives
• Ensure secure integrations and protect confidential firm and client information

Requirements

• Proven experience building and deploying AI automations in real-world business environments
• Hands-on experience with Grok, Claude, and ChatGPT
• Strong knowledge of APIs, workflow automation, and system integrations
