About the Role

Naveera is looking for an experienced AI Automation Engineer to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade AI automation solutions, with a strong focus on Healthcare and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). The role combines Python backend engineering, Generative AI, AI agents, RAG, workflow orchestration, cloud technologies, and enterprise integrations. You will be responsible for building scalable AI-powered applications and automation workflows that integrate with existing enterprise systems. You will also contribute to architecture, engineering best practices, production support, and technical mentoring. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on engineer with strong backend development experience and proven experience building production‑grade AI applications and automation platforms.

What You'll Do

• Build scalable Python backend services, REST APIs, asynchronous processing, and microservices
• Design and implement long-running workflows using Temporal or equivalent workflow orchestration platforms
• Develop AI agents using modern AI agent frameworks and enterprise LLM platforms
• Integrate Python services with C#/.NET applications, enterprise systems, and external APIs
• Design secure, scalable, stateful and stateless backend architectures
• Implement event‑driven architecture and distributed processing patterns
• Implement authentication and authorization using OAuth2, JWT, SSO, RBAC, and ABAC
• Develop AI‑powered workflows across RCM, claims, eligibility, enrollment, payer/provider integrations, and document automation
• Build full-stack AI applications covering backend APIs, workflow services, AI orchestration, and frontend integration
• Develop and implement RAG‑based enterprise AI solutions
• Integrate vector databases and enterprise knowledge sources into AI applications
• Implement AI Ops practices including monitoring, observability, logging, model evaluation, lifecycle management, and production support
• Establish engineering best practices across code quality, testing, CI/CD, documentation, and deployment
• Troubleshoot complex technical and production issues and drive reliability and performance improvements
• Conduct code reviews and mentor engineers
• Collaborate with product, engineering, architecture, and domain teams to deliver enterprise AI solutions

Required Skills

Backend Engineering

• Expert‑level proficiency in Python
• Strong experience with FastAPI, Flask, or Django
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, WebSockets, and asynchronous programming
• Experience building microservices and scalable backend systems
• Experience with external API and enterprise system integrations
• Experience integrating Python services with C#/.NET applications

AI & Automation

• Hands‑on experience with AI agent frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or equivalent
• Experience integrating LLM platforms such as Amazon Bedrock, OpenAI, or Azure OpenAI
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering
• Experience designing and implementing RAG architectures
• Knowledge of AI guardrails
• Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, ChromaDB, or pgvector
• Understanding of MCP (Model Context Protocol) and AI tools/skills integration
• Experience building AI‑powered automation workflows

Cloud & AI Ops

• Experience with AWS; Azure experience is an advantage
