Job summary

IT By Design in India is seeking an proactive AI Automation Engineer to drive automation workflows across MSP environments. You will execute, maintain, and optimize AI-driven processes, collaborating with Service Delivery and Automation teams.

The role emphasizes scripting in Python and PowerShell, using Power Automate, Zapier and emerging AI tools, with a focus on reliability, scalability, and compliance. 2-4 years experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in DevOps, scripting, or workflow automation.
• Proficiency in Python and PowerShell.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON.
• Experience with predictive lead scoring (Marketing Hub Enterprise feature).
• Basic knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Understanding of LLMs, prompts, and Generative AI concepts.
• Strong problem-solving skills with ability to debug end-to-end automation workflows.

Responsibilities
