Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise Development LP in Bengaluru is seeking an AI Automation & Analytics Program Manager for a hybrid role requiring ~2 days per week in an HPE office. You will lead end-to-end AI/ML initiatives and coordinate across data scientists, developers, and stakeholders.

You will develop roadmaps and budgets, drive program execution, and mentor teams, helping accelerate digital transformation across the organization and ensuring success of complex initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent.
• PMP/PMI certification preferred.
• Typically, 4-6 years of experience in program management with digital transformation OR AI Automation & Analytics experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead program with multiple functions and project teams to drive engineering development and implementation.
• Manage AI, Automation, and Analytics programs involving multiple functions and project teams.
• Develop program roadmaps, schedules, deliverables, budgets.
• Collaborate across data scientists, automation developers, and stakeholders.
• Communicate progress, escalations, and issue analyses to leadership and stakeholders.
• Track progress against plan and adjust schedule/resource allocation to meet budgets and roadmaps.
• Mentor less-experienced staff.

Provides leadership to drive AI, Automation, and Analytics initiatives. Manages end-to-end lifecycle of AI/ML, automation, and data analytics Programs/Projects. Manages project teams and resources including planning, scheduling, tracking progress, communicating status, and managing risk across a matrixed organization to deliver measurable outcomes.

Management Level Definition

Contributions include applying developed expertise in AI, Automation, and Analytics to solve moderately complex problems. Recommends solution approaches. May act as Project lead. Exercises independent judgment while working with cross-functional teams for assigned work within defined policies and procedures.

What you’ll do

• Manages and leads a program involving one or more functions and project teams to drive the engineering development and implementation process for a subsystem or component of a product or service offering.
• Manages AI, Automation, and Analytics programs involving one or more functions and Project teams.
• Develops program/project roadmaps, schedules, deliverables, budgets.
• Collaborates and Coordinates activities across data scientists, automation developers, and stakeholders.
• Communicates progress, escalations, and issue analysis to leadership and stakeholders.
• Tracks progress against established plan and makes decisions to alter or update schedule and resource allocation to meet Ensures adherence to budgets and established product roadmaps and schedules.
• Leads and provides guidance and mentoring to less-experienced staff members.

What you need to bring

Education and Experience Required

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent.
• PMP/PMI certification preferred.
• Typically, 4-6 years of experience in program management with digital transformation OR AI Automation & Analytics experience.

Knowledge and Skills

• Using project planning tools and software packages to create, manage, and track project results.
• Understanding AI/ML lifecycle, automation tools, and data analytics
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating and directing matrixed teams and resources.
• Ability to create and manage program schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language.
• Ability to effectively communicate program plans, proposals, and results, and negotiate options at management levels.
