Job summary

BECO is seeking a high-agency professional to design, build, and deploy autonomous AI systems that replace manual workflows across the organization. This role focuses on eliminating human dependency in repeatable processes by delivering production‑grade agentic systems.

You will own the full lifecycle from workflow deconstruction to automation infrastructure, building scalable AI agents and ensuring robust integration with SAP, Tally, WhatsApp, Slack, and email.

Qualifications

• Experience with LLMs and prompt engineering.
• Experience with agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI).
• API integrations and system design.
• Familiarity with automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Make).

Responsibilities

• Deconstruct workflows and identify automation opportunities across sales, ops, supply chain, finance, CX.
• Design multi-step AI workflows (single and multi-agent).
• Develop production-grade AI agents and integrate with ERP/communication tools.
• Build reusable automation frameworks and orchestration layers.
• Monitor, log and design failure-handling and edge-case fallbacks.

Role Summary

We are looking for a high-agency individual who can design, build, and deploy autonomous AI systems that replace manual workflows across the organization.

This role is not about experimenting with AI tools — it’s about eliminating human dependency in repeatable processes by building production‑grade agentic systems.

You will own the full lifecycle:

Core Responsibilities

1. Workflow Deconstruction & Automation Strategy

• Analyze business functions (sales, ops, supply chain, finance, CX)
• Break down workflows into decision trees and automation opportunities
• Identify high‑ROI automation use cases
• Redesign processes for AI‑first execution (not human‑first)

2. Agentic System Design

• Design multi‑step AI workflows (single agent + multi‑agent systems)
• Inputs / outputs
• Memory structures
• Build systems that can:
• Think (LLMs)

3. Build & Implementation

• Develop AI agents using:
  • Workflow tools (n8n, Zapier, Make, Retool)
  • Integrate with internal systems:
    • ERP (SAP / Tally)
    • Communication tools (WhatsApp, email, Slack)
• Deploy production‑ready systems (not prototypes)

4. Automation Infrastructure

• Build reusable internal automation frameworks
• Create orchestration layers across multiple agents
• Implement monitoring, logging, and failure handling
• Design fallback systems for edge cases

5. Optimization & Scaling

• Continuously improve system accuracy, speed, and cost
• Reduce human intervention over time
• Measure:

• AI agents independently handling end‑to‑end tasks
• Minimal human oversight required for routine processes

Required Skills

Technical

• Strong experience with LLMs and prompt engineering
• Experience with agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, etc.)
• API integrations and system design
• Familiarity with automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Make)

Systems Thinking

• Ability to convert messy real‑world workflows into structured systems
• Strong understanding of business processes
• Optimization mindset (speed, cost, scalability)

Execution

• High ownership and bias for action
• Ability to ship fast and iterate
• Comfortable working with ambiguity

Good-to-Have

• Experience with RPA tools
