Version 1 in Bengaluru seeks an experienced AI Architect with 12–15 years of overall experience, including about 2 years in hands-on AI, to define and lead enterprise AI transformations. You will drive architecture decisions across Generative AI, Agentic AI, AI platforms, AI-enabled SDLC, and governance.

Lead end-to-end delivery, guide AI Engineers and product teams, run workshops, and engage with clients to shape AI strategy while ensuring security, compliance, and responsible AI practices.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of overall experience with around 2 years of hands-on AI experience.
• End-to-end SDLC and software engineering best practices.
• Knowledge of design patterns and coding best practices.
• Hands-on in Prompt Engineering Skills and experience with Generative AI and LLMs.
• Exposure to AI-assisted coding and testing platforms.
• Understanding of Agentic AI and Multi-Agent Systems and RAG systems.

Role Summary

We are looking for candidates with 12–15 years of overall experience, including around 2 years of hands-on AI experience.

We are seeking an experienced AI Architect to define and lead enterprise AI transformation initiatives. This role will drive architecture decisions across Generative AI, Agentic AI, AI platforms, AI-enabled SDLC, and enterprise AI governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end to end solution and technical delivery of enterprise software using Agentic AI Harness
• Delegate to Agents, steer their outputs and deliver the quality that ships
• Guide AI Engineers, Technical Leads, and Product Teams in solution implementation.
• Drive customer workshops, solution discovery, and executive-level AI advisory engagements.
• Support bid responses, solution proposals, and AI transformation initiatives.
• Ensure alignment of AI solutions with security, compliance, and responsible AI standards.

Qualifications

Mandatory Technical Skills

• A Full stack Development experience ( React/Angular- .net/ java/ Python)
• Data-modeler/Architect level database skills in any standard SQL or NO-SQL database
• Experience in Git and end to end DevSecOps tool chain
• Experience in Playwright or equivalent Unit Test automation tool
• Experience in software engineering best practices and end to end SDLC
• Knowledge of design patterns and coding best practices
• Hands-on in Prompt Engineering Skills
• Experience with Generative AI and appropriate selections of Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Exposure to any AI assisted coding and testing platform (e.g. Github Copilot / Claude Code / Cursor / Loveable / Windsurf)
• Understanding of Agentic AI and Multi-Agent Systems
• Understanding of the concepts of RAG systems, Vector Databases and Embeddings
• Experience in defining Cloud based enterprise software architecture (Azure/AWS)
• Understanding of AI Governance and Responsible AI
