Responsibilities

• Lead the technical solutioning process for AI projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and AI/ML strategy.
• Define and maintain the architectural vision and roadmap for AI solutions, incorporating best practices and emerging technologies in Healthcare IT.
• Design end-to-end AI solutions including data ingestion, processing, model development, deployment, and monitoring with a focus on scalability, reliability, and security.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications and guide AI initiatives strategically.
• Mentor data scientists and engineers throughout the development lifecycle to ensure quality and knowledge sharing.
• Create and maintain architecture diagrams, design specs, and implementation guidelines to enable collaboration.
• Evaluate AI technologies and tools, prioritizing leveraging Google Cloud Platform (GCP) where appropriate.
• Lead POC projects to test feasibility and value against organizational goals.
• Ensure AI solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant with HIPAA and Healthcare IT requirements.
• Stay updated on AI trends and identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.
• Coordinate with US and Thryve leaders to report status, risk, and recommendations to keep stakeholders aligned.
• Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
