Job summary

Agilo Research is seeking a Regional Innovation AI Coach in Bihar to lead hands-on training in AI, Robotics, and programming for teachers. You will design experiential curricula, conduct capacity-building workshops, and track progress across schools.

The role emphasizes interactive teaching, clear reporting, and ongoing school partnerships. The ideal candidate has a background in engineering or IT and at least 1 year of teaching AI/robotics or STEM education, with strong English/Hindi

Qualifications

• Experience teaching AI, robotics or STEM subjects is preferred.
• B.Tech/B.E. or equivalent degree in a relevant engineering/IT field.
• Proven ability to teach diverse groups in classroom settings.
• Strong written and spoken communication in English/Hindi.
• Comfort with using technology and online course portals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct capacity-building programs on Coding, AI, and Robotics for teachers (classes 3–12) using experiments and hands-on activities.
• Maintain progress reports for each program and report to school authorities.
• Manage schools for year-long support and stakeholder engagement.
• Register and maintain student records on the online course portal.

We are providing an ecosystem for institutions and businesses to make students learn Artificial Intelligence and Robotics. We are looking for a full-time Regional Innovation AI Coach with a passion for teaching new age innovative curricula like Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, and Programming to teachers. You will be responsible to provide technology-driven, innovative, and experiential learning-based training to schools.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conducting capacity-building programs on Coding, AI, and Robotics for teachers of classes 3-12 through experiments and hands-on activities.

• Maintaining the progress report of each capacity building and reporting it to the school authority.

• Manage schools for yearlong support.

• Register and maintain student records on our online course portal.

Skills Required

• Strong interest in teaching.

• Experience in the areas of robotics, Electronics, Arduino, IoT, and AI is a plus.

• Proficient in Python programming.

• Interest in creative things like arts, paper crafts, and DIY project making.

• Passion for bringing an innovative change in our education system.

• Excellent written verbal communication skills. Fluency in English/Hindi.

• Ability to manage and communicate with a large group of audience. Ability to deal with children and youth in an interesting and meaningful manner.

• Proficiency in computer applications and internet usage.

Qualifications
