Prolim is seeking an AI and Automation Solutions Architect to lead productivity innovations in the Technical Documentation group. In this solo, high-impact role, you will identify bottlenecks and architect AI-enhanced solutions to automate high-volume tasks.

You will integrate AI, NLP, and data visualization to deliver polished, user-friendly tools. Expect end-to-end ownership from design through deployment with a focus on UI/UX and data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Workflow Transformation: Audit documentation lifecycles to design and implement custom automation that enhances content integrity and accelerates high-volume tasks.


• Full-Stack Development: Build and maintain standalone web applications and productivity aids to optimize internal processes and bridge disparate data platforms.


• AI-Driven Intelligence: Use AI and NLP APIs to analyze internal and external product data and knowledge, recommending documentation updates based on emerging technical trends.


• Data Visualization: Architect automated data pipelines and aesthetic dashboards to provide real-time insights into operational health and content performance.


• End-to-End Ownership: Own the full product lifecycle — from process mining and UI/UX design to deployment — ensuring tools are visually polished and technically robust.
