Job summary

Wahed is a global fintech building ethical, interest-free solutions. We seek an AI and Automation Associate (Compliance/Risk) to craft intelligent automation across Customer Service, Marketing, Compliance, and Internal Operations.

You'll design, build, and deploy automation using SQL, scripting, AI/LLMs, and low-code tools to drive efficiency, accuracy, and strategic value for the Compliance team.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years in an analytical, operations, or automation roles.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and SQL.
• Hands‑on experience with Google Apps Script for automations.
• Experience with low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., n8n, Zapier).
• Practical experience using AI/LLMs for data analysis or decision tools.
• Hands‑on with Lovable and Supabase tools.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (Metabase, Mixpanel, Segment, GA).

Responsibilities

• Analyze CX ticket data to identify pain points and automate responses.
• Automate aggregation and review of marketing metrics and campaign analysis.
• Develop and maintain scripts/workflows for routine data tasks including compliance reporting.
• Build dashboards providing real-time insights and a single source of truth for regional KPIs.
• Design automated workflows for reviewing compliance alerts and KYC/AML decisioning.
• Identify bottlenecks in compliance processes and streamline operations.

Job Description

Enhance Customer & Marketing Operations

• Analyze customer experience (CX) ticket data to identify recurring pain points and develop automated solutions to improve response quality and speed.
• Automate the aggregation and review of marketing metrics, competitor campaign analysis, and content topic research to improve team productivity and campaign effectiveness.

Automate Core Business Operations

• Develop and maintain automated scripts and workflows for routine data tasks, including compliance reporting, internal client reporting, and daily reconciliations (fees, client holdings, transactions).
• Build and manage dashboards that provide a single source of truth for regional KPIs, empowering leadership with actionable, real-time insights.
• Design and implement automated workflows for reviewing compliance alerts and streamlining KYC/AML decisioning, reducing manual effort and improving accuracy.
• Identify and eliminate points of friction in our compliance processes, creating a smoother and more efficient experience for our clients without compromising rigor.

Job Specification:

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of experience in an analytical, operations, or automation-focused role.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and experience with SQL for data extraction and analysis.
• Hands‑on experience with Google Apps Script to automate processes within the Google Workspace ecosystem.
• Demonstrated ability to use low-code/no-code automation platforms (e.g., n8n, Zapier) to connect systems and build efficient workflows.
• Practical experience leveraging AI/LLMs for complex reasoning, data analysis, or building decision‑making tools.
• Hands‑on experience withLovable for rapidly building and prototyping internal tools, applications, or workflow solutions.
• Experience withSupabase, including working with databases, authentication, APIs, and backend functionality to support applications and automation workflows.
