Job summary

Wahed Invest LLC in Mumbai seeks an AI and Automation Associate (Compliance/Risk) to drive automation across CX, Marketing, Compliance, and Internal Operations. You will design, build, and deploy intelligent automation solutions, improving efficiency and accuracy through SQL, scripting, AI/LLMs, and low-code platforms.

You will partner with Compliance to tackle our most pressing challenges, automating tasks like reporting, data reconciliations, and alert reviews while delivering scalable impact

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in analytical, operations, or automation-focused roles.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; SQL experience for data extraction and analysis.
• Hands-on with Google Apps Script to automate processes in Google Workspace.
• Experience with low-code/no-code automation platforms (n8n, Zapier).
• Practical experience using AI/LLMs for complex reasoning, data analysis, or decision tools.
• Experience with Lovable for rapid internal tools prototyping.
• Experience with Supabase (databases, auth, APIs, backend).
• Familiarity with data viz/analytics tools like Metabase, Mixpanel, Segment, GA.
• Entrepreneurial mindset; ability to own projects end-to-end.
• Structured problem-solver; able to break down complex issues into data-driven solutions.
• Excellent communicator of technical concepts and business value.

Responsibilities

Job Description

• Analyze customer experience (CX) ticket data to identify recurring pain points and develop automated solutions to improve response quality and speed.
• Automate the aggregation and review of marketing metrics, competitor campaign analysis, and content topic research to improve team productivity and campaign effectiveness.

Job Specification:
